- The course duration of MCA is three years.
- The course is based on semester system and each semester is of 6 months.
Admission Procedure:
- 2/3rd of total seats i.e. 40 seats to be filled through Joint entrance test of Punjab state under MET (Management Entrance Test) jointly taken by Punjab Technical University (PTU), Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) and Punjabi University followed by counselling.
- 17 seats out of 60 are Reserved under Management Quota to be filled up directly by PCTE.
- Three seats are reserved for Foreign Nationals/NRI/NRI Sponsored / Industry Sponsored.

Eligibility Criteria:
- All those candidates who have passed any recognized bachelor’s degree of minimum three year duration with Mathematics / Statistics/ Business Mathematics/ Business Statistics/ Quantitative Techniques as Compulsory / Optional / additional paper as one of the subjects at 10+2 or at Graduation Level.
Fees Structure:
- The fees of MCA is Rs.59,385/- per year (Subject to change)
- For fees demand draft is to be made in favour of Punjab College of Technical Education Ludhiana
